Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?
Firstly go to our home page.

Secondly select your date and time of travel. This is an important step as it ensures we know when to pick you up, and when to drop you off.

Choose your pick up and drop off location and  select the number of passengers travelling.

Please select a return or one way journey then you can find your transfer.

In the end choose transfer type and you can select extra item like booster seat, child seat and infant seat.

For security reasons you need to give us some  passenger details (First name, last name, email, phone number, pick up and drop off location) .

    How do I pay for my transfer?

    You can pay our service with cash to our driver.

    You can  also  ask for pre-payment by sending mail (info@fer-transfer.com).

      Can I book a trip now and then make changes?
      You can do any changes in your itinerary free of charge until 24 hours before departure.

      If you need to do a last-minute change less than 24 hours before departure contact us on a email

        Where will our driver pick me up?

        Your driver can pick you up at any  pick-up point accessible by car.

        This can be  your hotel, apartment, cruise ship dock, airport .

        This applies to your drop-off location as well as pick up location.

            Before you travel

            My deprture service hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

            Please wait a maximum of 20 minutes after the pick up time previously agreed.

            Next step if our driver hasn’t come is to contact us.

            It is important that you call this number to ensure our partners can help you.

              What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

              Contact us!

              If you have booked one of our  vehicle services then you will be able to board the next available shuttle.

              It may not be available for several hours, or until the next day.

              If your return flight changes during your trip please o contact us and reconfirm your pickup time.

                How can I cancel my booking?

                  What should I do if I lose something in Fer-transfer vechile?
                  If you leave property in a  vehicle  please  contact us.
